from Balochistan

SWWSO's programmes directly contribute to six United Nations Sustainable Development Goals — making our work measurable, internationally recognized, and aligned with Pakistan's national development framework.

SDG 1
No Poverty
Livelihoods programmes, job placement, and entrepreneurship support reduce economic exclusion for underserved youth and communities.
SDG 4
Quality Education
Core to everything: My Scholarship, Centres of Excellence, girls' literacy classes, and competitive exam coaching all deliver inclusive, quality education.
SDG 5
Gender Equality
40% female participation, girls' literacy programs, and safe inclusive spaces directly advance gender equality in Balochistan's historically underserved communities.
SDG 8
Decent Work & Growth
TVET, digital skills, job placement, and entrepreneurship development create pathways to decent work for youth across Balochistan.
SDG 13
Climate Action
Climate literacy, green skills training, disaster preparedness, and community resilience programming embedded in all Centres of Excellence.
SDG 17
Partnerships for the Goals
Strategic collaborations with government, INGOs, universities, and private sector partners drive resource mobilisation and long-term impact at scale.
Voices of Change

The people who prove
this work matters

The community library at Saryab didn't just give me a place to study — it gave me the environment, discipline, and community that turned my dream of becoming an Assistant Commissioner into reality.

Israr Ahmed
Assistant Commissioner, Balochistan PSC

SWWSO didn't just prepare me for the exam — it changed the course of my life and helped me become a CSP officer. This organisation gives you more than books; it gives you belief.

Abdul Ghaffar
Civil Servant of Pakistan

Through SWWSO's library and mentorship, I prepared for the Section Officer examination with focus and purpose — and qualified on my first attempt. Safe, structured, and genuinely supportive.
