Five integrated programmes that create clear pathways from exclusion to opportunity across Balochistan.
SWWSO's founding initiative. Fee concessions, scholarships, and financial support ensure that financial hardship never forces a talented youth to drop out. A mentorship stream pairs students with qualified professionals for career guidance and competitive exam preparation — CSS, PMS, BPSC, and PPSC.
Safe, girls-friendly study spaces with curated reading resources, digital and AI skills workshops, and career counseling — designed as community knowledge hubs where youth build the confidence, skills, and connections to transform their futures. Currently operational in Pishin, Saryab, and Lore Karez, with each centre tailored to local community needs and cultural context.
Structured literacy and numeracy instruction for girls and women excluded from formal schooling. Classes held in accessible, culturally appropriate, girls-safe spaces across Pishin district and expanding. Integrates basic vocational and digital skills alongside linkages to income-generation opportunities for graduates.
High-yield technical and vocational training in computer skills, AI literacy, digital marketing, graphic design, and other market-relevant competencies. Targets youth aged 16–30. Bridges the gap between formal education and employment through certification and job placement support.
Disaster preparedness awareness, climate change education, and emergency response capacity integrated into community programming. Supports community contingency planning and linkages to government disaster management bodies — leveraging SWWSO's existing physical infrastructure and deep community trust in Balochistan.
From a single scholarship programme in 2019 to a multi-centre organization transforming Balochistan — this is our story.
A group of students from Tameer-i-Nau College launched the My Scholarship initiative to support youth unable to afford tuition. The Pishin Community Centre was established — SWWSO's first physical home, featuring a library, study rooms, and girls' literacy classes, marking the beginning of a movement.
SWWSO opened its second community centre in Lore Karaz, bringing structured study spaces, mentorship, and girls-focused empowerment programs to a new district. Digital literacy and community library services were integrated as core offerings from inception.
The Saryab Centre became SWWSO's flagship — a full-service Centre of Excellence offering competitive exam coaching (CSS/PMS/BPSC), career counseling, TVET and AI digital skills, girls' empowerment activities, and mentorship from serving civil servants. Over 50 youth have been placed in employment through this centre.
SWWSO's ambitious expansion plan will establish five new Centres of Excellence across Balochistan's most underserved districts, prioritising areas with the lowest girls' literacy rates. Each centre will offer career counseling, digital skills, competitive exam preparation, innovation and entrepreneurship, community libraries, climate leadership, and youth development programming.
Our Centres of Excellence are more than libraries — they are holistic community knowledge hubs designed to transform entire districts. SWWSO plans to establish five new centres across Balochistan by 2028.
